ADHD Coaching — Adults

Coaching from someone who gets it.

I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer, so this work is personal as well as professional. I know the exhaustion of masking, the relief of finally understanding your brain and the work of building a life that actually fits how you're wired. Together we'll get curious about how your brain works, what truly matters to you and what's getting in the way — then build a path forward that's realistic and sustainable, not another set of rules you can't keep.

Who I work with

  • Adults diagnosed later in life, still working out what it means
  • People waiting on an assessment who already recognise the patterns
  • Anyone worn out by masking, or by systems built for a different kind of brain
  • Professionals whose responsibilities have outgrown the strategies that used to work

How it works

We start with weekly sessions for ten weeks, then move to monthly once things have traction. Sessions are online. We use the VIA character strengths profile early on, so we are building on what you are already good at rather than patching what you are not.

From £130 per session.

Working with Georgia has been nothing short of transformational. I came to her feeling overwhelmed, facing some decisions on the next move. From our very first session, she created a space where I felt seen, understood and never judged. Her coaching didn't just give me strategies and support but helped me to recognise the benefits of my own styles and traits. It helped me understand myself. She helped me recognise my strengths and hold myself accountable for decisions that would work in a busy brain.

What makes Georgia different is her presence. She listens deeply, asks the kind of questions that shift something inside you and guides you to insights you didn't know you were capable of. I've gone from feeling stuck and reactive to feeling grounded, confident and genuinely excited about my future.

This coaching hasn't just improved my productivity, it's changed how I see myself.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to help you gain clarity, take focused action and create meaningful change in your life or work. In coaching, you set the agenda and the coach helps you explore possibilities, challenge assumptions and move forward with greater awareness and accountability.

Is this just another person telling me to buy a planner?

Absolutely not. If planners worked for us, we'd all be running the world by now. Instead, we use the VIA Dashboard to find your "signature strengths" — the stuff you're already naturally good at.

We use those strengths to build a system that actually fits your brain, rather than trying to force your brain into a system made for someone else.

What does a "strengths-based" approach actually mean?

Most of the world focuses on what's "wrong" with the ADHD brain. We do the opposite. Using the VIA Character Strengths profile, we identify your top traits — like curiosity, bravery or humour — and use them as tools to bypass the boring or difficult tasks.

It's about working with your brain's natural wiring instead of fighting it.

Do I have to "fix" my personality to see results?

Absolutely not. You get to keep the humour, the creativity and the chaos. Coaching is just to help you put some guardrails around it so you can finish your projects and get to where you want to go without the constant burnout.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and understanding why things happened. Coaching focuses more on where you are now and where you want to go next. It helps you clarify goals, strengthen skills and move forward with intention.

What are examples of topics I can bring to coaching?

Anything that matters to you. Common topics include:

  • Career direction
  • Productivity and focus
  • Decision-making
  • Life transitions
  • Confidence and self-trust
  • Work-life balance
  • Building meaningful goals
Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting coaching?

Not at all. Many clients start coaching because they feel stuck, overwhelmed or unclear about their next step. Discovering what you truly want is often part of the coaching process.

How quickly will I see results?

Some people experience insights or shifts within the first session. Longer-term change usually develops over several months as you experiment with new awareness, actions and habits.

What does it cost?

Prices start at £130 per session. Sessions are online and booked after a free discovery call, so you can work out whether it's right for you before committing to anything.
