About me

My career has been a colourful one. It spans technology — AI agent automation, medtech and communications — as well as pharmaceuticals, online education, horseracing and wine. Most recently I have held senior leadership positions in start-ups, including my own business consultancy. I currently hold positions on a number of boards and committees.

My life made sense when I was diagnosed with ADHD in my forties. Coaching was what helped me understand my own brain and start working with it rather than against it. I now work to my strengths and one of those is helping other people.

I have coached equity partners at one of the Big Four accounting firms reassessing their lives, fourteen-year-olds struggling with executive function and a good many people in between. What I hear most often is that clients feel comfortable quickly and that they get further than they expected to.

I hope we can work together to make your life more fulfilling and more in line with your strengths and values.

What people actually get out of it

Coaching is a structured conversation with one job: helping you think more clearly about something that matters and then do something about it. No mystique and nobody telling you what to do.

You find out what you actually want

Not what you should want. Not what everyone around you assumed you wanted.

Decisions get made

The one you have been circling for eight months. Stuck decisions are rarely short of information. They are short of clarity about what matters.

You stop working against yourself

Once you understand how your attention, energy and motivation genuinely work, you can build around them instead of fighting them and calling it discipline.

You get somewhere to say the difficult thing

The thought you cannot say to your board, your team or your partner. Said out loud once, most difficult things get smaller and clearer.
